Return Shipping Costs

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, defective, or completely incorrect, Jsawell will fully cover the cost of return shipping. Our support team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
2. Returns for Personal Reasons (Change of Mind)
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons — such as a change of mind, accidental order, or sizing preferences — the customer is responsible for covering the return postage costs. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return package arrives at our facility, it will undergo a standard inspection to verify its condition. If the items are approved in their original, unused state, your refund will be processed within 7 days. The funds will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
